BPS observes all U.S. Federal government holidays with the exception of Veterans Day. Veterans Day will have an early departure time of 2:00 PM.
BPS is closed on the following holidays:
Holidays that occur on a Saturday will be observed on the previous Friday, and holidays that occur on a Sunday will be observed on the following Monday.
BPS will be guided by U.S. Federal government practices through the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for unscheduled office closures, delayed openings, and early releases due to adverse weather conditions.
Please note, response times for inquiries may be delayed during scheduled and unscheduled closures.
