Registration Will Open May 1, 2012

The Board of Pharmacy Specialties is pleased to announce the administration of the 2012 certification and recertification exams will be on Saturday, October 6, 2012. Registration will open on May 1, 2012.

Until updated information is posted, you can review information contained in the 2011 Candidate's Guide for examination policy and procedures. Please note the 2012 Candidate's Guide will be posted on May 1, 2012 and will contain updates for the 2012 examination.

Upcoming dates:

Wednesday, August 1, 2012 — Registration closes for the 2012 examinations.

Saturday, September 1 — Last day to withdraw from the exam or transfer test sites. To view previous examination sites click here.

Friday, September 16Admission Permits will be available to be printed from our website. This permit notes the candidate’s name and address as they appear in the official BPS files, Candidate Number, testing site and room name, and starting time for the examination. This admission permit, along with valid picture identification with a signature, MUST be presented at the examination site to gain admission to the testing room.

Saturday, October 6Examination administered.
