Find a board certified pharmacist

You may search for an individual by LAST NAME, by SPECIALTY, by LOCATION, or by any GROUPING of these categories.

If you wish to search by LAST NAME,
type in the person's last name in the space provided, then go to the bottom of this page and click on SUBMIT.

If you wish to search by SPECIALTY or LOCATION,
select your search criteria from the menu boxes, then go to the bottom of this page and click on SUBMIT.

For any of these searches, you may choose a SORT ORDER.
The data will be grouped according to your selection (specialty, location, last name). You do not need to select a sort order to perform a search.

To search an entire country, highlight the name of that country. To search a state within a country, highlight the state abbreviation

Hold down the CONTROL key to select multiple items from either box above.

To search the database select Specialties or States/Countries by clicking on them. You should hold down the CONTROL key while clicking to select multiple Specialties or States/Countries. Multiple items within Specialties or within States/Countries will utilize OR logic. Items from Specialties will use AND logic with items selected from States/Countries. You may also search for a specific individual by entering their last name. Selection in all 3 fields is not required.

Searches for member's last names are not case sensitive. The '%' (percent) character may be used as a wildcard in the last name field to find matching users. For example. searching for "J%" for the Last Name might return "Jackson", "Jones", and "James", but searching for "JA%" would return only "Jackson" and "James".

roster does not reflect the total number of pharmacist
